Step 1. Choose a House & Room Option
Watch a few videos to see what the Hive living experience is all about! Take an onsite or virtual tour and choose the perfect room option for you.
Step 2. Sign a Lease
Click the red "Sign Lease" button below to fill out an Appfolio rental application.
- It takes us a couple hours to run standard background and credit check to make sure that everyone is safe and responsible.
- If you have low credit or are a student, but would still like to be part of the community, just apply as you normally would and we'll reach out.
- After submitting your Appfolio rental application you will be be able to determine the length of your lease and you will be able to submit your 1-month security deposit.
